At IDEO U, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
